Delete your account
You can delete your Aestimeter account here, or in the Aestimeter Lite app. Aestimeter Lite and Aestimeter Pro share one account, so deleting it closes both.
What is deleted
- Your name, business name, phone number, email and location
- Your coins, invite code and invites
- Jobs backed up from the app, including your clients' names and phone numbers
- Records of quotes you sent, and quotes you shared by link
- Sign-in codes, notifications and devices signed in
What is kept
Prices you reported and feedback you sent are kept without your name or number, to keep price guides fair.
If someone else's records point at your account (a coin payment or a review), your account row stays for them, emptied of your details, and can no longer sign in.
In the app
Open Aestimeter Lite, tap Me, then Delete my account at the bottom.
No phone on your account? Write to privacy@aestimeter.com from the account's email and we will delete it.
